Shipping Policy
Free Delivery We offer free delivery for all orders with a total value exceeding R1,000. This offer is strictly applicable to orders placed directly through our website (www.carlycosmetics.com).
Domestic Shipping Only We currently only ship domestically within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing and Dispatch Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that if you are paying via EFT, your order will only be dispatched once the payment reflects in our bank account. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any further adjustments.
Shipping Address We encourage you to double check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. Carly Cosmetics is not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the information before the package is sent out.
Return & Exchange Policy
Nature of Products Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or general dissatisfaction. All sales are final.
Opened and Used Goods For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of any goods that have been opened or used. Items must be in their original, sealed condition to be considered for any type of resolution.
Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@carlycosmetics.co.za. To assist us in arranging a replacement or resolution, please provide:

Cancellations and Pricing Carly Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes instances where a pricing error has occurred. In the event of such a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Limitation of Liability Carly Cosmetics is not held liable for any damage or harm caused by our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure products are used according to the provided instructions.
