1. Delivery and Shipping

We offer free delivery for orders with a total value exceeding R1,000. This promotion is strictly applicable to orders placed directly through our website (www.carlycosmetics.com). Orders placed through other channels, stockists, or third-party platforms do not qualify for this offer.

2. Order Cancellations

Carly Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event that we need to cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Pricing Errors

While we strive for complete accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we find that a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a clerical or system error. If your account has already been charged, a full refund will be provided for the cancelled items.

4. Returns for Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@carlycosmetics.co.za. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Photographs of the external packaging.

  • Photographs of the internal packaging and the specific damage to the product.

Once we have reviewed the details, we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a suitable resolution.

5. Returns Policy (Opened and Used Items)

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any goods that have been opened or used. Any product that shows signs of tampering or use will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Nature of Products and Returns

Because of the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or general dissatisfaction. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged as outlined in Section 4.
